You can order online at the OSTSOME website through the following steps:
1. Product search: View and search for products by brand.
2. Add product to cart: After selecting the desired product, click on that product to see detailed description, price, and promotion information.
Enter the quantity to buy and click "Add to cart".
3. Check cart and order : Customize the number of products to buy and update the cart.
Click "Pay" to move to the next steps.
4. Log in or register an account: Log in to the system using your personal account previously created on your OST Vietnam website.
If you do not have an account, please Register a new account. Fill in all required information: Full name, address, phone number, e-mail.
5. Fill in payment information: At the payment page, you can choose to get the delivery address from the default address of your personal account, or fill in a new full name and recipient address.
Choose delivery method: receive goods at the home address provided, or come directly to our store at D-00.04 & D-00.05, Ground Floor, Tower D, Sadora Apartment, No. 2, Street 13, Ward Thu Thiem, City. Thu Duc, City. Ho Chi Minh
Choose a payment method and fill in the required information.
Check your order one last time and click "Place Order"
6. Check and confirm your order: After completing your order, the system will automatically send you an order notification e-mail. OST Vietnam staff will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the order and make delivery.
Payment methods
Ost Vietnam applies the following 4 payment methods:
1. Payment by "Bank Transfer" method:
After completing your order, please make a bank transfer according to the following information:

– Bank: Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (VietComBank – South Saigon branch) Customers please fill in the transfer content as: Name + Phone Number + Order code
When receiving the order, Skullcandy Vietnam will check the bank account and proceed with delivery.
2. COD payment: The shipping unit will collect.
3. Payment by ATM/Visa, master, Amex, JCB, CUP cards: made by payment unit ONEPAY
4. Installment payment: For orders > 3,000,000 VND.
5. Payment by swiping Mpos card: made at the Showroom.
