Warranty conditions

Only applicable to products distributed by StreamCast Asia Vietnam.

PRODUCT WARRANTY:

StreamCast Asia Vietnam provides a 1-for-1 warranty for products with technical defects due to the manufacturer.

REGULATIONS ON WARRANTY PERIOD:

1. Devialet : Please see details here.

2. Boundary : 36 month warranty from the date of successful purchase for the products.

3. GoalZero :

  • 24-month warranty from the date of successful purchase for Yeti power stations.
  • 12 month warranty from the date of successful purchase for the remaining products.

4. Matador : 12 month warranty from the date of successful purchase for the products.

5. Saramonic : 24 month warranty from the date of successful purchase for products.

6. Sp Connect : 12 month warranty from the date of successful purchase for products.

7. Therabody :

  • 24-month warranty from the date of successful purchase for the Therabody Pro line.
  • 12 month warranty from the date of successful purchase for the remaining lines.

8. Switchbot : 12-month warranty from the date of successful purchase for products.

9. Skullcandy : 12 month warranty from the date of successful purchase for products.

10. Transparent : 24 month warranty from the date of successful purchase for products.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER PROVISIONS

Our company has the right to refuse warranty in the following cases:

1. Product warranty has expired.

2. Damage not due to manufacturing defects Products are not distributed by StreamCast Asia Vietnam.

3. Products are altered or repaired at places not specified by StreamCast Asia Vietnam.

4. Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents or installation or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions. (For example: There are traces of lightning, electrical ignition or liquid inside the product; The product is cracked; Transporting or maintaining the product without instructions; Using the product in an extremely dirty or humid environment , high temperature or exceeding relevant IP limits; There are mold stains, rust, corrosion, oxidation...).

5. Damage caused by animals getting into the product.

6. Product damage arising from use in combination with non-genuine accessories, products, software, dependent devices, and other peripheral devices.

7. The product is damaged due to the use of incorrect voltage or abnormal changes in the local voltage source. Refuse warranty for external accessories or misuse of instructions for use...

8. The product does not have warranty data on StreamCast Asia Vietnam's data system; no warranty card; or have a Warranty Card that is invalid (For example: Information on the card is not completely filled out, erased or modified).

9. The label stating the model, serial number/ IMEI of the product is torn and/or illegible, or has been scraped, altered, or erased.

10. The seal on the product (for products with a seal) is torn or broken.

NOTES ABOUT WARRANTY/ REPAIR

Warranty forms include: repair, replacement of components, and renewal without charge.

1. In case of product exchange, depending on inventory conditions, StreamCast Asia Vietnam may exchange products of the same model or equivalent in features.

2. Before bringing the product, the customer must remove all components, accessories, and additional equipment that are not provided or warranted by the product. StreamCast Asia Vietnam will not be responsible for their damage or loss (if any) during the repair process.

3. Products that do not qualify for warranty or have expired warranty will be repaired for a fee.

4. For customer orders purchased at agents distributed by StreamCast Asia Vietnam: please contact the agent for warranty.

5. Products returned to the customer without any repairs may be subject to an inspection fee.
