During the receiving process:
You have the right to exchange/return the product (within 7 days from the date you receive the product) in the following cases:
1. The product is not the same as described on the Website.
2. Ost Vietnam delivered the wrong product, wrong color, and size.
3. Defective product from the manufacturer.
Returned products need to be sent back to us with the following conditions:
1. Customers please provide a video recording of the product unboxing process at the time of receipt to prove that the product is defective from the manufacturer, delivered the wrong product, wrong color, size, etc.
2. The product must be in its original condition, accompanied by all original accessories (including instructions for use, warranty card, product box...) and accompanying gifts (if any). .
3. Please keep the voucher for replacement in case the product is defective due to the manufacturer.
4. For other products, the product you want to exchange must be intact.
5. Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.
After receiving the product, we will check to exchange/return another product for the customer. For returns, we will refund customers within 7-14 working days.
Note: Customers please bear one-way shipping costs when exchanging/returning products.
To return goods to us, customers can do the following:
Bring products directly to Ost Vietnam store.
Send the product by mail with attached information and reason for return.
