If you want to record many people on location without relying on a lot of expensive recording equipment? The Saramonic SmartV2M microphone and sound processor is an extremely useful device.

The SmartV2M provides +48V phantom power for professional XLR microphones and plug-in power for 3.5mm microphones. It also includes a 3.5mm headphone output for real-time audio monitoring (application dependent) and playback. Two large volume control dials make it easy to set precise sound levels. Two recording options let you switch between Mono and Stereo output modes as needed.

Supports quick recording of 2 people

Because there are 2 3.5 mm ports, you can connect this coordinator to 2 wired microphones (preferably Lavalier mics) to start recording.

No batteries required for use

Because it draws power directly from the recording device, the device does not have a battery to operate.

Rugged and compact design

Ultra-compact with a sturdy metal construction, the Saramonic SmartV2M microphone set features a spherical shape with a locking connection that prevents the cable from accidentally being unplugged from the port, giving you stable recording throughout.

Ability to monitor and customize sound quality

The SmartV2M's separate 1/8” (3.5mm) headphone output can help you monitor recording in real time (depending on the application) and make modifications and playback. The volume control button is available on the device for the ability to customize the appropriate sound.

Compatible with many different audio devices

The Saramonic SmartV2M itself includes 2 wired lavalier microphones (one nearly 3 m long and one 5 m long) and a USB-C port for you to attach a conversion cable (Lightning for Apple devices, USB-C for Android, USB -A for PC and Mac computers) depending on the device you want to connect.
